We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing community-based teams. This is a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients & families.

Responsibilities:
– Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of clinicians, including social workers and counselors
– Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to support professional development and ensure adherence to best practices
– Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical interventions and make necessary adjustments as needed
– Collect and analyze data to measure outcomes and identify areas for improvement
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices in clinical counseling and therapy
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
– Participate in clinical research activities as required

Skills:
– Strong background in social work or related field
– Proficient in conducting group therapy sessions
– Excellent data collection and analysis skills
– Experience working with children in a clinical setting
– Familiarity with community & crisis based services and protocols
– Knowledge of ICD-9 coding system for accurate documentation
– Demonstrated ability in providing clinical counseling services
