Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Provides ongoing leadership development and training opportunities to the Fraternity & Sorority Life community, including coordinating workshops, trainings, and retreats for Advisors, Council Leaders, Presidents, and Members.
Chairs the Fraternity & Sorority Life Award Selection Committee, including recruiting committee members, implementing the call for applications/nominations, and leading the award selection process.
Serves as primary Fraternity & Sorority Life advisor; provides direct supervision and guidance to the Fraternity & Sorority Community; serves as faculty/staff advisor for Interfraternity Council, Panhellenic Council, and National Pan-Hellenic Council.
Manages the administration, record keeping, and membership recruitment process of Greek Letter organizations; distributes Fraternity & Sorority Life Grade Report and individual chapter grade reports.
Meets and/or communicates, on a regular basis, with councils, Greek life presidents and members, alumni, advisors, and national organization representatives.
Advises Greek Campus Life and Order of Omega Greek Honor Society. Assists in planning and implementing Greek Week, Greek Convocation, Order of Omega Honor Roll, and Greek Sing.
Reviews, edits, and updates policy annually to ensure compliance with university, state, or national organization policies.
Acts as a lead worker; provides functional guidance to lower-level workers.
Designs and delivers training materials and/or other supporting documentation necessary for the operation of the assigned area.
Analyzes complex data sets and prepares comprehensive reports with recommendations for leadership.
Researches and recommends process improvements for departmental operations on a routine or regular basis. Evaluates effectiveness and recommends enhancements of services.
Participates and/or leads complex projects, including implementation plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinates daily tasks related to one or more assigned components of overall programs and/or services as assigned.
Regularly communicates with supervisor and other staff, including student workers, as required or needed in the completion of daily tasks in support of overall goals and objectives.
Prepares and maintains accurate records of daily tasks in accordance with applicable policies and procedures and assures timely communication with supervisor, staff, and students where appropriate.
Gathers data and prepares reports and other information/documentation for supervisory review related to programs and/or services, or one or more assigned components.
Prepares for and attends events.
Remains informed of current developments and procedures pertinent to duties; participates in staff development activities; attends meetings, conferences, and other events.
Other Functions and Responsibilities: Assists with training new hires.
Performs other duties as assigned and/or required that are within the level of responsibility for this classification at the discretion of the supervisor.

Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday.
