We are hiring a Hybrid Accounts Payable Specialist for our Columbus location.

At FCX Performance/a subsidiary of Applied Industrial Technologiesthe Accounts Payable role has an immediate impact on our customers, on our company performance, and on personal earnings.

Scope of Responsibility:

Process invoices and related transactions for resale purchases for multiple locations
Process and pay invoices for non-inventory related purchases
Verify price and receipt of materials. Work with field locations to resolve exceptions
Resolve billing, payment, debit/credit issues
Promote and maintain vendor relationships relating to statement reconciliation and payment cycle
Process travel and entertainment reports

Requirements:

Accounts Payable experience with proven success and accuracy
Working knowledge of Excel and strong computer and data entry skills
Attention to detail,accuracy

Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Communication and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
