We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to join our onsite team in Troy, Ohio. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the financial health of our business while providing outstanding service to our commercial customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Making 50-60 outbound B2B collection calls daily in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

Managing and maintaining your assigned commercial accounts

Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies, short payments, and account issues

Processing customer refunds and account adjustments

Collaborating with sales and senior management to accelerate the B2B collection process when necessary

Supporting the overall success of the Accounts Receivable team

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of high-volume B2B collections experience

Solid understanding of billing and B2B collections procedures

Accounts Receivable knowledge is a strong plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a commitment to results
