Your Opportunity as the Administrative Assistant - Human Resources
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and overall support to the Human Resources Leadership Team as well as the broader Human Resources organization. The Administrative Assistant will handle confidential and sensitive information for these leaders and serve as a liaison to various partners.
Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)
Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires
In this role you will:
Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources Leadership Team
Small-medium project management support, including activities such as synthesizing pre-work input and distilling into key themes, summarizing meeting notes and action items, and following up with team members and extended teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
Schedule / coordinate meetings across various groups, Leadership teams, and others
Large meeting and event planning including arranging travel, logistics, creating and maintaining agendas and material preparation
Manage communication channels for Regional HR organization - Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Monthly Meetings, Annual Meetings, etc.
Administrative and coordination support across the internship program - registration of career fairs & events, logistic planning and set-up (booking rooms, catering, etc.)
Assist in development and management of Cost Center Budgets; development of PO's, monthly reconciliations, troubleshooting and leading the monthly forecast vs budget reviews
Support HR Communications with project management and content delivery
Workday Help Article Management - upload, update, mange access, etc.
Subject matter expert on creating and administering survey tools - Microsoft Forms, Perceptyx, etc.
Subject matter expert on Workday reporting - help drive improvement opportunities with reporting capabilities
Serve as the Area Records Coordinator for the HR organization
Maintain the physical office space for the HR organization
Work collaboratively with other administrative assistants to execute meetings, events and key projects seamlessly

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
Administrative assistant experience
Event planning experience
Budget management and procurement process and system experience
Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential situations and information with discretion
Demonstrated confidence and presence with leadership
Strong Communication skills
Ability to proactively anticipate needs and to work accurately and successfully in a timely manner, with limited amount of supervision
Proven ability to problem-solve, multi-task and deliver quality results under tight deadlines
Thrives in a multi-task, fast-pace environment with competing priorities
Demonstrates a high sense of urgency, while exuding a calm presence under pressure and deadlines
Ability to take meeting notes and publish minutes (e.g., key points & decisions)
Ability to organize self and take initiative to keep team organized
Strong computer skills (comfortable with technology, proficient in Microsoft Suite programs)
