Job Title: Repair & Assembly Technician (Entry-Level)

Pay Range: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time (40–50 hours/week), Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)

Job Summary:
A leading aerospace and industrial repair facility is seeking motivated individuals for Repair & Assembly Technician positions. Technicians will learn to repair and finish gas turbine engine components using precision tools, following detailed instructions and manufacturer specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude looking to launch a career in advanced manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hand blending, grinding, drilling, riveting, and light machining
Disassemble and assemble jet engine components
Read and follow OEM instructions, sketches, and engineered work documents
Use precision measurement devices
Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Required:
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to follow step-by-step processes
Experience with hand and power tools
Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
Willingness to learn new skills in a team environment

Climate-controlled, state-of-the-art facility
May require vision screening and fitness-for-duty assessment
Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. with assistance or equipment
