Job Description: Duties include assisting in answering the phone, processing loan payments, payoff requests and balancing a cash drawer. Will pleasantly greet and direct customers entering the office. Complete the entire loan cycle, taking applications, pulling credit bureaus, loading information into our system, giving the customer an answer. This will include collection work, such as calling and asking for payments. Must complete activities within compliance and loan law regulations. Perform other duties requested by management.

Details: Workdays are full-time, Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm. Starting wage range is $15 to $17 per hour, based on education, experience, skills & abilities. MUST BE BONDABLE.

Qualifications: Must possess a HS Diploma/equivalent w/ related lending/financial experience preferred but not required. Company will provide on-the-job training to the right candidate. Must possess effective communication skills & must be able to achieve proficient working knowledge of the finance industry or related industry lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel & Word Applications. Must possess a valid driver’s license w/ a positive driving record.
