Woolpert is hiring an Infrastructure Proposal Intern to join our dynamic Proposal Team near one of our Eastern offices (FL, GA, IN, NC, NJ, NY OH, PA, SC, or VA). This internship reports to the Senior Proposal Manager and is responsible for supporting AEG submissions and associated data management. Ideal candidates will be passionate, curious, and eager to learn.

Essential Functions

As a Proposal Intern for our Infrastructure group at Woolpert, you will:

Member of a team that coordinates with other internal teams and external subconsultants and clients.
Perform tasks gathering and organizing proposal information.
Work across multiple disciplines to gain a variety of knowledge and experience.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to craft, assemble and deliver technical proposal submissions.

Minimum Requirements

Interest in architecture, engineering, or geospatial industries or supporting business functions that enable them.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program relevant to your field of interest
Students majoring in the following will be successful in this role: Research, English, Marketing, Communications



Preferred Skills and Abilities

Enthusiastic about learning, solving problems, and contributing to goals as a team member.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated skills with Microsoft and Adobe Suite.
