We are hiring a SharePoint Admin to join our AFMC A3/6 team. In this role, you will support the customer for the IT-focused AFMC SIPR and ADSV technical teams at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, where you will have a full-time, on-site work schedule. A successful candidate must be will work to support sharepoint administration and development, user interface design and development, and database development and integration.


Responsibilities





Key Responsibilities:

SharePoint Development: Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, forms, and content management solutions.
Customization: Customize and configure SharePoint Online (Office 365) and SharePoint Server to meet business requirements.
Integration: Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise applications such as Microsoft Teams, PowerApps, Flow, and third-party tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SharePoint-based solutions.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for SharePoint applications and related technologies.
Performance Optimization: Ensure high performance and scalability of SharePoint solutions by following best practices and optimizing code.
Documentation: Document technical specifications, development processes, and solutions for future reference and support.
Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with security standards and organizational policies for SharePoint solutions.


Education/Qualifications





Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: +6 years of experience in SharePoint development (both Online and On-premises).
Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in SharePoint development using C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, and SharePoint Designer.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint workflows (Nintex, Power Automate), InfoPath forms, and SharePoint Designer.
Familiarity with SharePoint 2016, 2019, SharePoint Online (Office 365), and SharePoint Server.
