NOW HIRING - Warehouse Worker - 1st and 2nd Shift
Looking to join a fast-paced production team member with year-round stability? We are a growing family owned processing facility in Mentor looking to hire, reliable, detail-focused individuals to process and pack fresh products for retail and wholesale customers.
What You'll Do:
Weigh, label, and package orders accurately based on customer specs
Operate within food safety and cleanliness standards (FDA/GMP)
Maintain a clean, organized work area in a cold production environment
Assist with shift cleanup and cross-train in related warehouse tasks
Use scanning equipment and basic tracking systems
Who We're Looking For:
Experience with knives or food processing preferred
Comfortable working in refrigerated conditions (42–55°F)
Able to lift up 50-90 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
Willing to work 1st or 2nd shift and weekends as needed
