$300,000 to $360,000 + 25% Bonus + Profit Sharing -4%-6%

Responsibilities: CFO will focus on ALM, compliance/risk/regulatory areas, budgeting, driving financial process improvement and metrics. In addition, cash position and forecasting will help to ensure the strength of the institution. Also, addition, internal control/policy/procedure in all related aspects of the Accounting/Finance department.

Required CFO Experience: Progressive industry CFO or closely related title experience with the Financial Services sector.

BA in Accounting or Finance or closely related.                                                                                                  

Any certifications are a welcome plus i.e. CPA, CFA, or CMA
