Dialysis Experienced Licensed Practical Nurse

If you are someone who loves patient-centered health care with real relationships inside a company that encourages fun on and off the clock, then DaVita is a place for you! Our local team is seeking an LPN who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center.

Dialysis Experience is required!

What does the LPN/LVN role entail?

Rotating Schedule of 3 to 4 day work weeks, including rotating Saturday's with Sunday off
Average hours range from 10 to 12 hours a day
Monitor, educate and provide care for up to 4 patients before, during and after dialysis treatment.Please note you will have exposure to blood and needles.
Support your community and build relationships by caring for patients local to your town.

What does a successful LPN/LVN look like?

Minimum of 1 year hospital or clinical experience
High School Diploma (HSD) or GED with a current LPN-LVN license in the state you are applying
Current CPR certification, IV certification required if required by state regulations.
Dialysis experience including: BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT).
Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to work in a fast paced setting as part of a team while managing multiple responsibilities at a time
