Embroidery Machine Operator (Afternoon Shift)
We are expanding our 2nd shift!
$1000 Sign on Bonus
Daily Production Bonuses up to $70 per day!
Shift is 3:30PM-1AM M-F

We are looking for Machine Operators to set up, maintain and operate computerized embroidery machines. You will be responsible for a key part of our company's production.
A great Machine Operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.
On-the-job training is provided, and our #1 goal is for you to be successful at your job.
The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.
Responsibilities
· Set up machines to start a production cycle
· Control and adjust machine settings
· Reviews work orders.
· Works on specialized orders, of apparel such as hats, shirts, backpacks, beanies,etc.
· Test operation of machines periodically
· Fix issues that might occur during the shift
· Maintains activity logs
Requirements:
· Ability to clearly read and comprehend direction
· Strong eyesight and hand/eye coordination (able to see to thread needles)
· Standing, walking, reaching, bending throughout shift
· Ability to work independently and part of a team
· Attention to detail
· Capacity to learn and retain information, able to take direction
