The Kennsington Hospitality Group is seeking a motivated inside and outside Sales Representative to generate sales to new and existing customers for our group of companies, including the Waypoint 4180 Event Center and two Marriott branded properties.
The ideal candidate will be able to sell our services directly to potential customers inside and outside of the company's physical location, often requiring travel and face-to-face interactions to build relationships and close deals.
Key Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting potential customers, often through cold calling, networking, or referrals.
Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
Sales Presentations: Presenting products or services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits, and addressing customer needs.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts to secure sales.
Customer Service: Providing ongoing support and addressing customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
Territory Management: Managing a specific geographic territory, identifying opportunities, and maximizing sales potential.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of industry trends, marketing strategies, and consumer psychology.
Must have valid Driver’s License
Must be able to pass Reference Check, Drug Test, and Background Check
Experience:
2 years of prior sales experience in a related field.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals.
Additional Details:
Full-time position starting at $20 per hour, wage negotiable with experience.
Quarterly bonus available with proven sales improvement.
Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
