Manufacturing Parts Specialist
1st shift - 7:30am - 4:30 pm $18.00/hour
Local company is in need of a Parts Specialists to oversee Parts Departments at their warehouse. They will ensure employees have an adequate supply of equipment and parts. They will monitor inventory, work with vendors to get correct parts, and help customers find necessary materials.
Providing quotations, pricing and availability of parts. Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Handling and maintaining the inventory records including stock levels, pricing and related database updates.
Duties:
- Organize and maintain parts area
- Tag item inventory - must have past job work experience
- Computer skills - must be proficient
- Attention to detail
- Inventory Management - maintaining parts inventory, including keeping track of stock levels, ordering new parts, and ensuring parts are stored properly.
- Customer Service - Helping customers identify the right parts for their needs, handling customer orders, and providing estimates
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- Must be able to work independently
