About the Job

Staffmark is hiring a Shipping Associate for a leading medical device manufacturer in Springboro, OH. This company creates microbiology products used worldwide to diagnose and prevent disease. If you're looking for meaningful work with a team that values quality and innovation-this is it!

Pay Rate: $14.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers, ensuring compliance with all regulations

Maintain clean, organized workstations and manage shipping materials

Assist with inventory counts and track shipments

Document orders and report any discrepancies or damages

Follow safety guidelines, including those related to handling hazardous materials

Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries

What You Bring:

A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality

Ability to follow procedures and meet daily goals

Teamwork mentality and strong organizational skills

Experience in shipping/warehouse roles is a plus but not required
