Job Overview:

The ISG Quality Control Technician ensures that products meet the required specifications and quality standards throughout the production process. This role is responsible for performing inspections, maintaining and reviewing run sheets, and identifying areas for quality improvement. The technician also performs titrations, signs off for line readiness, supports compliance efforts, and supports maintaining quality lab readiness. Support facilitating material return reviews

Objectives:


Maintain consistent inspection standards throughout all stages of production.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company quality standards.
Support continuousimprovement initiatives in quality control.
Identify, report, and address quality or compliance issues in a timely manner.
Maintain and review run sheets for process accuracy and traceability.
Perform titrations and verify line readiness prior to production start.
Communicate effectively across teams regarding quality findings and improvements.

Responsibilities:


Perform product inspections and maintain detailed inspection reports.
Ensure quality standards and specifications are met throughout production.
Maintain and review run sheets to ensure accurate documentation of production activities.
Perform titrations to ensure proper chemical concentrations as part of quality checks.
Sign off for line readiness to confirm operational compliance before production begins.
Identify and implement improvements to qualitycontrol processes.
Evaluate and verify product compliance to internal and external specifications.
Communicate any quality or compliance concerns with urgency and clarity.
Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues.
Facilitate receiving material returns and providing them to the quality team for investigation.

Qualifications

Qualifications:


High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2-5 years of inspection or manufacturing experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Physical Requirements:


Prolonged periods standing and/or walking on the production floor.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
Must be able to visually inspect small components with precision.
