Alvis Inc. is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Developmental Disabilities (DD) Services. The RN will be responsible for monitoring and promoting the health and wellness of individuals with developmental disabilities by providing nursing assessments, medication administration, care planning, and medical coordination. This role includes training direct care staff on health protocols, responding to medical concerns, ensuring compliance with DODD and HIPAA standards, and collaborating with physicians, specialists, and families to advocate for client needs. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to person-centered care in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher-level
Licensure: RN/LPN Licensure
Experience: 2 years ' experience in Developmental Disabilities (DD) Services.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Computer Skills: Skill in use of personal computer and related software (e.g., Electronic records, Microsoft Word, Excel); use of office equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printer).
