Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Management Analyst to work with the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Special Operations Forces (ISR & SOF) Directorate

EPASS Program: (Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services) supports the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's ISR & SOF Directorate in equipping our warfighters with advanced intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and special operations capabilities. Candidates will help deliver responsive acquisition, sustainment, and modernization support for Air Force and allied missions worldwide.

This is a full-time position located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), OH.


Responsibilities





Assist with management functions, processes, and analytical methods to gather, analyze and evaluate information required by the directorate by drawing conclusions and devising solutions to situations relating to organizational structures, resource requirements, utilization, or control
Assist in the evaluation and analysis of the disciplines and related specialized skill requirements for changing programs and missions for the directorate and divisional levels
Assist with briefing representatives to explain human resource issues
Assist in evaluating and analyzing functional/non-functional military manpower data and organizational structures
Assist in the management of the individual mobilization augmentee, officer promotion, military assignment cycle, duty title/rater changes, professional military education, and advanced academic degree programs for the directorate
Assist in the management of the civilian performance management program, program resource viewer, manpower studies/models, such as acquisition/sustainment unit, and work programs
Assist in gathering and studying manpower documentation and making recommendations where appropriate
Assist the division lead with SharePoint site development and maintenance
Assist with developing, maintaining, updating, and redesigning required manpower and personnel spreadsheets, databases, briefing slides, and documentation
Assist in updating/retrieving information in Command Human Resource Information System (CHRIS), Resource Management Information System (RMIS), Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), and directorate databases, including but not limited to SharePoint
Assist in managing and tracking the directorate training program activities and tracking the training budget information for the training Government purchase card holder
Assist in processing training requests to include attendance at conferences, seminars, and college/university courses


Qualifications




Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance
Education: High School Diploma

Years of Experience: 15 years of relevant experience to include:

Possess proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Skype), Adobe Acrobat, and applications
Experience in a variety of government systems, including Command Human Resource Information System (CHRIS), Resource Management Information System (RMIS), Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), and directorate databases, including but not limited to SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Years of Experience: minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
