Industry leading Residential Construction company is seeking an experienced VP Accounting & Finance with Accounting & Finance expertise for a high-level Leadership position.
VP Accounting & Finance Responsibilities:
Focus on forecasting, budgeting, job costing, control measures, financial analysis, month end close, supervision of accounting staff, departmental process improvement, cost analysis, driving financial process improvement and metrics. Ensure adherence to policy, operational directives and compliance.
Education:
- Bachelor's Accounting or Finance
- Several years VP Accounting & Finance experience in residential construction experience is a must.
Your successful record of accomplishment of expertise in cost saving, troubleshooting, process and departmental improvement, employee best practices and the ability to be noticed by thinking outside the box while being instrumental in improving the overall complexion of Accounting/Finance standards is paramount.
