About the Job

Staffmark is hiring a Slitter Operator in Troy, OH! Are you experienced in manufacturing and ready to take on a hands-on, high-responsibility role? Join a team that values precision, safety, and quality in every step of production.

Pay: $19.45/hour

Available Shifts:

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Job Duties:

Set up, operate, and maintain slitting machines to cut large rolls of material into precise widths

Operate coating machines for various paper and material types

Load and unload raw and finished products

Perform frequent quality checks to ensure production standards are met

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed

Lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of recent manufacturing experience

Comfortable with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Ability to work independently and within a team environment
