Job Description

The B2B Analyst is an integral of our integration team for trading partner onboarding and field location support. They are responsible for providing functional and technical B2B, Website Punchout and EDI services for implementation projects. The B2B Analyst is responsible for project and/or problem analysis and for identification, implementation, testing, deployment and documentation of the trading partners. Works independently and with other IT departments to configure systems to facilitate the electronic transmission of sales and purchasing transactions. Responsible for the monitoring and support of existing integrations in a team environment.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Interact with new or existing trading partners to capture and analyze requirements, project objectives and on-boarding activities through go-live.
Communicate required tasks to internal technical team members.
Administer and configure Punchout credentials and access.
Troubleshoot and coordinate efficient resolutions and evaluation for errors and issues found internally, or by business departments.
Work with and configure eMarketsites such as Ariba, Jaggaer, and Coupa in an administrator capacity.
Configure Trading Partner profiles within inhouse B2B tools
Interact with field sales locations in the processing of sales and purchasing transactions
Advocate for Service Centers in upcoming B2B projects
Work with EDI Analyst in Customer and Vendor implementation
Perform testing of Inbound and Outbound EDI transactions within SAP
Process support tickets originating from field locations
Develop end-user documentation and training to field associates on the processing of B2B integrated transactions
Impact and analysis for future improvements.
Act in role of Subject Matter Expert for Service Center processes on technical projects
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education / Qualifications:

The selected analyst must have the ability to pay attention to details, handle multiple projects/processes, the ability to meet deadlines, excellent oral and written communication, and presentation skills as well as proven organizational skills.

Four-year degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience preferred
Systems proficiency in SAP OTC and PTP processes are required
Experience with processing EDI orders and Purchases within SAP
Knowledge of Service Center Processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, PowerPoint and other computer related systems
Good Communication skills with onsite and remote resources
Familiarity with eMarketsites such as Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer is a plus
Knowledge of EDI concepts and standards is a plus
Knowledge of EDI/HQ Translator software a plus
