Reports to: President & CEO
Job Overview:
The Community Service Director is responsible for making sure Sales Force entries are balanced and inputs are done properly. They are responsible for running reports for the President, Auditors and Resource Development Director as needed. Must learn to be proficient in importing large campaigns. They need to multitask taking charge of the programs and initiatives. They are responsible for managing the Loyal Contributors program. They are responsible for the annual online auction held by the United Way of Greater Lima.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Manage Sales Force inputs and outputs, balancing and reports. Other duties as needed
• Run the Loyal Contributors Program
• Work with the President, Campaign Chairs and Resource Development Director on the Individual Leadership and Tocqueville Campaigns
Qualifications:
• High School Education or higher
• Experienced in report running, balancing and report building
• Must know Microsoft Office, have excellent computer skills in digital calendars, have knowledge of CRM systems
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent phone etiquette and be an active listener
• Must know process management, be digitally oriented, accurate with detail and have management skills
• Must be willing to work outside normal work hours if needed during campaign season
• Other duties as assigned
