Pay and Schedule:
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1st shift
Employment Type: Direct Hire
What You'll Do:
Perform light maintenance tasks: changing light bulbs, patching drywall, painting, light plumbing/electrical fixes, and minor building repairs
Set up and arrange shelving, conference rooms, and workspaces as needed
Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and other equipment safely and efficiently
Assist maintenance mechanics and support facility operations
Maintain, clean, and organize shop areas, inventory, and tools
Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
Take on snow removal and grounds duties when needed
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training)
Valid Driver's License and forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Comfortable with physical demands: climbing, kneeling, lifting, working in various environments, including outdoors and at heights
Strong communication skills and the ability to read safety rules, operating procedures, and manuals
Basic math and computer skills
