What you will do:
Coordinate communications between shipping/receiving department and customer service/purchasing group to ensure quality customer support.
Develop, maintain and execute procedures for the quality handling, packaging, labeling, shipping and receiving of materials.
Assign daily job responsibilities to shipping and receiving department employees based on availability of resources and inbound/outbound shipping volumes.
Schedule temporary employees as needed based upon availability of resources and inbound/outbound shipping volumes.
Train and monitor shipping/receiving department employees in areas of job functions, company policies and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate communications between shipping/receiving departments and other departments to continuously improve the warehouse's ability to service McQuay customers.
Develop improvements in warehouse policies and procedures to promote increased business profitability, customer support and employee well being.
Work with other groups within the McQuay parts organization as needed to resolve problems within the business.
Administer company policies as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
2-4 years of related people leadership warehouse or distribution experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to learn how to operate power equipment
Ability to read and understand written English
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of related warehouse or distribution experience
Associates or bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience operating pallet jack, order picker, counterbalance, reach and turret trucks

The typical hourly pay rate for this position is $59,500-77,300 annually in Ohio. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
