Serves as the initial point of contact for all child support incoming phone calls. Answers
questions or refers to proper personnel when necessary. Assists clients and case
managers/investigators by taking incoming telephone requests and making referrals to
appropriate services and personnel as necessary. Performs general clerical duties (i.e.
files, obtains records, keeps appropriate logs and conducts necessary transactions to aide
case managers including collecting necessary program verifications and other related
items and/or reports.
Processes and scans incoming mail and faxes then routes to the proper personnel.
Serves as initial point of contact for all entities within the Department of Job and Family
Services for requested Child Support and SETS information.
Provides income verifications as requested within the laws of confidentiality
Serves as backup as needed to collect and prepare receipt of Child Support payments at front desk. Properly identifies on SETS system the recipient of payment. Notifies appropriate staff via e-mail of daily payments made. Performs other related duties as required
Attends meetings, conferences, and training session as required.
Hours of Work: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
