Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role will support both our B2C and B2B marketing efforts, providing a broad range of experience across digital marketing, content creation, event coordination, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who is eager to learn and ready to contribute to our mission of educational impact.

* Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital (email, social, web) channels.
* Brand & Messaging Influence: Contribute to the development of clear, consistent messaging that reflects our brand voice and values across channels, helping shape the customer experience and strengthen brand perception.
* Content Creation: Draft, edit, and publish content for email, social media, website pages, and marketing collateral.
* Social Media Management: Support the management of K12 Tutoring's social media accounts, including sourcing content for posts, monitoring engagement, and contributing to content planning.
* Event Coordination: Help organize and promote virtual and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives.
* Email Marketing: Partner with our email marketing agency to support campaign development by providing strategic input, reviewing creative and copy, and analyzing performance to inform optimizations.
* Data Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
* Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
* Administrative Support: Manage project timelines, coordinate meetings, and assist with budget tracking and invoicing.

Supervisory Responsibilities:This position has no current formal supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

* 2-4 years of marketing experience or relevant internships, preferably in education, eCommerce, or B2B/B2C environments.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

* Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Shopify, HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, JasperAI and major social media platforms is a plus.

* Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Data-driven mindset with basic analytical skills for tracking marketing performance.

* Team-oriented attitude, willing to support various projects and jump in where needed.
