Job Description

Engagement Manager positions available with McKinsey & Company, Inc. US in Columbus, OH.



Lead teams of consultants (associates) to resolve complex business problems for a variety of clients in a variety of industries. Direct, plan and implement the approach and objectives (work plan) for the entire engagement/study and develop communication strategy for clients. Confer with clients to set strategic direction of consulting engagement and develop recommendations. Synthesize the work completed by associates into a set of findings or recommendations and structure the overall final written and oral presentation to client. Provide leadership to teams, coaching to associates, and feedback to partners on associates professional development. Telecommuting permitted.



Qualified applicants must have a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or non-business advanced degree. Applicants for this position must have 1 year experience as an Associate-level management consultant with a major top-tier international management consulting firm. Domestic and international travel typically required. Destination and frequency impossible to predict.
