Core Responsibilities:


Develop and implement policies and procedures, formulate manufacturing operations strategies, build and mentor manufacturing employees while driving business results.
Identify operational synergies for MRO and lead the creation and execution of plans to achieve them.
Supervise Production team and Facilities leadership. Control quality and cost of production.
Establish OEE targets for key equipment and lead team to achieve with focus on PM and TPM.
Managing SIOP, Operations Playbook and other capacity planning tools to ensure division is in position to meet current and future customer needs.
Build strong working relationships with Quality, Engineering, Materials, and Customer Support functions to ensure alignment on plans to achieve division's metrics and goals.
Embrace and foster a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement while utilizing and emphasizing the principles and values of BES.
Ensure safety as a core component of all processes and projects at the same level as quality and delivery.
Establish plans and lead operations team to achieve required OTD requirements while gaining support from other departments.
Business travel up to 25%.

Qualifications:


Ten or more years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment including work with production, engineering, finance, information systems, materials planning, human resources and continuous improvement.
Seasoned leader with a track record of success in a manufacturing environment including driving and nurturing and empowered, high performance culture, developing people, driving world class safety performance and programs, managing change, continuous improvement, and reducing operating costs.
Demonstrated excellence in presentation, organizational, analytical, written communication and verbal/nonverbal communication skills.
Exceptional leadership ability with demonstrated success in interpersonal skills and relationship building with employees, customers, and vendors.
Demonstrated ability to effectively and proactively interact and communicate with all levels of the organization, fostering an environment of trust, open communication and ownership.
Must have demonstrated ability to effectively plan and manage multiple priorities.
Excel in leading managers, teams, and individuals through analytical problem solving, prioritization issues and opportunities.
Continuous Improvement Certifications: Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, preferred.
BS Degree in Engineering and a Master's degree in related discipline preferred.
