Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Associate to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team influencing the strategic growth of the organization. You'll gain exposure to executive leadership, complex transactions, and the opportunity to help shape the future of the company through strategic investments and partnerships.

This individual will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end M&A process, coordinating cross-functional due diligence efforts, and providing insightful financial and strategic analysis. A strong foundation in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or accounting is highly preferred.



What You'll Do:


Support the execution of mergers & acquisitions from initial assessment through to integration.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead and track due diligence workstreams across finance, legal, HR, operations, and other functions.
Conduct ad hoc financial modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning to support deal decision-making.
Perform industry, market, and target company research to identify strategic fit and assess risks and opportunities.
Prepare presentations, and other materials for senior leadership.
Partner with Finance, Legal, Accounting, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment throughout the acquisition.
Assist in the development of post-close integration plans and monitor progress to ensure successful execution.

What You'll Need:


Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, FP&A, or public accounting
Strong understanding of M&A process, due diligence workflows, and transaction execution
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Solid financial modeling and valuation skills
Effective project management and communication skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams
Experience using data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
