Job Summary: The Quality Technician is responsible for verifying quality checks and maintaining records for parts produced within the facility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify machinist are conducting required inspections.
- Aide in maintaining quality systems.
- Perform first piece layout.
- Maintain all records of OVL checks.
- Random audits of all departments for compliance to the control plan.
- Collect and analyze statistical data from SPC charts.
- Aid in training of proper gauging techniques and quality systems.
- Help establish and maintain company Quality Plan.
- Maintain SPC charts.
- Notify Quality Manager of any problems.

Qualifications/Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Manufacturing plant shop environment
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts.
- Exposure to elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, or chemicals.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
