Custom Staffing is partnering with a local Recycling Company to add Industrial Maintenance Technician to their team in Marion, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with a company that offers compensation and benefits programs that are among the industry’s best. They operate on 8 hour shifts. 5 day work week. Work weekends as needed for over-time.

Pay is dependent on experience up to $25 per hour. 
Shift: 1st 7am - 2:30pm
Requirement: minimum of 3 years experience in electrical, welding, millwright, and hydraulic (must have experience in all listed areas)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs preventive maintenance duties including cleaning, inspecting, lubricating.
• Performs traditional electrical power/wire hook ups and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of machine repair
• Fabrication and welding skills
• Performs carpentry, masonry, plumbing and electrical repairs or wiring associated with other work to construct, install, and maintain structures, fixtures, and equipment.
• Assist in designing, fabricating, and welding of mechanical structures, guards and special equipment as required.
• Installs, maintains, dismantles, repairs, overhauls, and rebuilds electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment.
• Analyzes equipment problems resulting from mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions.

Experience & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3 years of industrial heavy equipment mechanic maintenance, welding, electrical, millwright, hydraulic tech experience.
• Certification in welding or mechanical fields preferred.
