Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner to join our team. The Industrial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety in an industrial environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding setting.
Competitive Pay: This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.00/hr. to $20.00/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.
What You'll Do
Clean and sanitize industrial equipment, work areas, and production floors
Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and vacuums
Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
Provide mopping, sweeping, dusting, tack wiping
Industrial and general cleaning practices: sanitation, sweeping, mopping, cleaning common spaces, machinery and equipment and tank cleaning;
Operation of heavy water equipment up to 4000 psi for industrial sanitation services in the plant (training provided)
What You'll Need
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous industrial or commercial cleaning experience a plus
Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
May work in hot or cold environments depending on the facility
