Position Overview
Riverside Research is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager for our Beavercreek, Ohio Office. He/She will be responsible for cradle-to-grave experience with Federal Contracts, Grants, Commercial Products, Subcontracts and Procurement related activities. The ideal candidate should have management, proposal cost volume and day-to-day experience in the full range of contracts and requires independent judgment and identification, analysis and resolution of significant issues. He/She should have knowledge of the ever changing and developing Government Contracting environment. Candidate will report directly to the Contracts Director.
Responsibilities
Contract/Procurement Management
Experience in all areas and phases of Government Contracts; Teaming and Non-Disclosure Agreements, Proposal Preparation, Cost Volumes, Pricing, Negotiations with Customers and Close-outs
In-depth understanding of FAR, DFARs and CMMC requirements
Experience with Commercial Products and Reseller agreements, to include FAR Part 12
Proven skills in risk identification and mitigation
Strong understanding of DCMA compliance requirements
Ability to work with Business/Program Manager Partners
Skills/Experience
Strong Integrity, Ethics
Strong business acumen with the ability to clearly recognize risk elements in business transactions
Strong interpersonal/communication/written skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree minimum, MBA a plus
12+ years of progressive experience in managing contracts
TS/SCI Clearance required
Experience with AFRL and NASIC contracting processes required
Knowledge of and experience with FAR, DFARS, other agency supplements, Commercial Products and applicable U.S. laws and regulations
Strong interpersonal/communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Microsoft Office Products
Experience in Deltek/Costpoint for Contracts, Procurement and reporting
Relocation maybe available
GSA schedule experience
Global Comp
$140,000 - $160,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
