Weekend Admissions Physical Therapist - Home Health & Hospice (Contingent)
Location: Southern Ohio
Schedule: Every Weekend or Every other Weekend

What You'll Need:
1-2 years of Physical Therapy experience
Solid experience with OASIS documentation
Familiarity with Home Care Home Base (preferred, not required)
