The Lead Toddler Teacher will create and implement activities that stimulate children’s physical, intellectual, social and emotional growth; communicate and maintain effective working relationships with the children, parents, and staff of the center; assist with the supervision, training, and mentoring of assistant teachers; conduct and document developmental screenings and assessments of children.

The Lead Toddler Teacher will create and implement activities that stimulate children’s physical, intellectual, social and emotional growth; communicate and maintain effective working relationships with the children, parents, and staff of the center; assist with the supervision, training, and mentoring of assistant teachers; conduct and document developmental screenings and assessments of children.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or closely related field required. Applicant must meet all licensing requirements for the State of Ohio regarding employment with children. 

Consideration may be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or closely related field. Experience in a licensed early childhood program serving toddlers and preschoolers in a developmentally appropriate environment.
