Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented, mechanically inclined Grinder Operators to join a high-quality, clean, and supportive shop environment. In this hands-on role, you will operate grinding machines to produce precision synthetic diamond components and ensure they meet exact specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain precision grinding machines
Grind synthetic diamond parts to strict tolerances
Inspect finished parts using optical comparators
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Follow safety protocols and performance standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and productivity
Core Skills & Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude and a curiosity for how things work
Comfortable using hand tools and working with small, high-precision parts
Excellent manual dexterity and steady hands
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
Previous experience in a production or machine shop is encouraged
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
