Components manufactured include Engine Blocks, Cylinder Heads and Transmission Housings produced on a JIT basis with the capacity to meet volumes of 500 to 1,000,000 annually.

Job Summary: The Tool Room Technician provides employees/ operators with sufficient amount of back-up or pre-set tooling to maintain productive flow of manufacturing facility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set tooling for all new & repetitive jobs & verify accuracy.
- Tooling evaluation for wear and life adjustment.
- Pre-setter experience for production tooling setups.
- Work with the engineering for cost savings and performance plans.
- Maintains inventory of all perishable & non-perishable tooling and order as necessary.
- Recommend continuous improvement.
- Maintain good housekeeping.

Qualifications/Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- 2 years of tooling & machining experience required
Working Conditions:
- Manufacturing plant shop environment
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts.
- Exposure to elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, or chemicals.
