Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and evaluation of mechanical malfunctions for repair planning
- Perform a wide range of repairs to 4 axis Horizontal CNC equipment including but not limited to mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic.
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and mechanical blueprints.
- Experience with Fanuc controls, ladders, and parameters.
- Machine geometry adjustment and or re-build to OEM specifications.
- Facility maintenance such as compressors, cranes, hydraulic pumps, etc.
- Create work orders as needed for repair items.
- Document equipment repairs for traceability and repair effectiveness.
- Work closely with the engineering dept. to reverse engineer components as needed.
- Support with preventative maintenance to all equipment.
- Detect and report unusual conditions to supervisor.

Qualifications/Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance & machine repair
- Must have high mechanical aptitude and strong math skills.
- Must provide own tools as specified.

- Manufacturing plant shop environment
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts.
- Exposure to elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, or chemicals.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
