What this job involves:
As a Project Coordinator at JLL, you will provide essential support to a team of Project Management Professionals, playing a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and technical proficiency to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while supporting complex project operations. You'll be empowered to create memorable human experiences for clients and internal teams while embodying JLL's collaborative "WE" culture and commitment to excellence.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Provide comprehensive support to the project management team including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents
Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing communications with clients, vendors, and employees
Create, maintain, and organize project documentation including contracts, permits, punch lists, and warranty agreements
Input data into spreadsheets, databases, and software systems while assisting with analysis and report generation
Support procurement processes including requesting quotes, placing orders, and tracking inventory
Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with budget management and financial administration
Reconcile approved budgets against current project costs to prevent overcommitment or overspending

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in business support or project coordinator role
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using office software and technical aptitude for rapid adoption of new programs
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Familiarity with SAP Software and financial management systems
Knowledge of project management principles, terminology, and practices
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) management
Understanding of asset capitalization and financial compliance requirements
