We are looking to hire a hardworking, self-motivated, and high energy individual to join our staff as a Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Supervisor.
This position demands excellent communication skills, the ability to maintain the highest level of standards. The Manager must work well under pressure, must be well organized, flexible, self-motivated and reliable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage overall operations under the guidance of the Administrator
• Purchasing, inventory control, maintaining food costs, controlling labor, scheduling and food safety and sanitation
• Prioritize completing tasks
• Ensure great service and culinary excellence
Qualifications & Skills:
• At least one year of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment
• Stress management/composure
• Proven leadership and time management skills
• Must be familiar with proper food handling techniques and procedures
Weekly pay, 30-34 hours a week, Hours will include nights and weekends, and special events.
Pay: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
