Mechanical Designer / HVAC Designer - Cleveland, OH - JOB 25-01508

Salary Range: $60K - $80K Permanent Position with Benefits.

A well-established local Architectural & Engineering firm specializing in retail is seeking to hire a Mechanical Designer.

REQUIREMENTS
• 3 - 10 years' experience doing HVAC & Plumbing engineering and design for facilities
• Proficient with AutoCAD & Revit
• Perform system design layout and sizing for assigned projects.
• Prepare construction documents & specifications, design distribution systems and plumbing systems (water, gas, sanitary).
• MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) experienced

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
