Product Owner

 

Location: On-site Madisonville, OH

Type: 6+ Month Contract (W2)

Pay Rate: Up to 65.hr

Overview:

 

We are seeking a Product Owner who is a proactive team player with strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to drive conversations and build relationships across the organization. This role will support the development and execution of product roadmap deliverables, working closely with cross-functional teams to define priorities and maximize business value.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other Product Owners, Technology, and Line of Business partners to define and execute product strategies.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the product roadmap and prioritization framework.
  • Drive conversations with stakeholders and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Network effectively across business units and with other Product Owners to align on goals and dependencies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Risk, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to ensure product alignment.
  • Maintain transparency and provide ongoing communication with stakeholders.
  • Support all phases of development including analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
  • Advocate for Agile/SAFe methodologies and maintain a healthy product backlog.
  • Monitor industry trends and contribute to continuous product improvement.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in product ownership or product management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
  • Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious and growth-oriented mindset.

Preferred:

  • Product Owner certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Financial Industry experience
