This career area offers front-line involvement with fast-paced day-to-day McMaster-Carr
operations. Responsibilities could include:
- Guiding our diverse clientele quickly and effectively through our enormous inventory to find the specific products they need to meet their business goals
- Identifying new customer opportunities, responding to current customers, and enhancing our marketing file with findings from your research
- Providing value-added solutions to our customers’ unique questions, based on sound research and data analysis
Strong candidates should be able to produce high-quality work at a fast pace, while thinking creatively and critically in order to meet new challenges.
A bachelor's degree is required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits
Total cash compensation generally ranges from $103,000-$118,000, which includes profit sharing based on company profitability. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. Additional benefits include:
