Overview




The Account Based Marketing Manager 3 is responsible for designing executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive engagement pipeline and revenue from high-value target accounts. This role partners closely with sales customer success product marketing and demand generation teams to deliver personalized account-centric programs aligned to business objectives.


What you will be doing




Understand and analyze the account portfolio, including how to prioritize and group accounts according to opportunity, buyer need, persona, industry, buying cycle stage and propensity to buy
Analyze offer creation and determine the optimal tactic mix for named accounts
Collaborate with functions in sales and marketing to define and establish workflows, including campaign personalization and execution, and lead hand-offs
Assist with identifying insight into named accounts from internal and external sources to drive relevance and timely execution
Develop and execute programs on behalf of sales, and assist in training on how to execute specific program elements on their own
Assist content teams with campaign customization according to analysis of buyer need
Work with digital team to conduct account based testing of messaging to improve response and conversion rates
Partner with marketing operations to establish, forecast and report against key success metrics
Assist with budget allocatoin
Mentor, coach, train and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of team
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy


What will make you successful




Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in high tech, business to business sales and marketing
Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
Strong oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
Strong facilitation and project management skills
Strong interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong ability to use original thinking to translate goals into the implementation of new ideas and design solutions
Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with some oversight
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate and mobilize team members and business partners
Strong ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact
Strong ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others; effective at gaining consensus

Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $100,000-$125,000 and eligible for benefits
