Job Summary
The Mobile Assistant Branch Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting branch operations, team performance, and customer engagement across multiple locations. This position is ideal for candidates with strong leadership, sales, and customer service experience who are passionate about financial wellness and team development.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coach branch team members through onboarding, development, and performance management
• Drive customer loyalty and revenue growth through proactive client engagement
• Manage branded sales processes to meet sales targets
• Provide financial solutions and advice to improve client well-being
• Ensure compliance with operational, reputational, and business risk policies
• Make sound decisions to identify and mitigate risk
• Travel daily to multiple work locations; must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
🎓 Minimum Qualifications
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 4 years of related business or functional experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) under specific weight limits
• May require a Medical Examiner’s Certificate
• Must pass background checks and a post-offer physical
