Position Overview
The Mobile Branch Banker plays a key role in expanding the retail customer base through proactive outreach and personalized financial solutions. This position is ideal for candidates with strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills who thrive in a mobile, community-focused environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships through outbound sales conversations
- Sell financial products and services to clients outside of traditional branch settings
- Identify and act on sales opportunities to meet assigned goals
- Connect clients with financial partners based on their needs (e.g., investments, mortgages, loans)
- Onboard new clients and build a pipeline of appointments for internal partners
- Host and participate in community events to drive customer acquisition and loyalty
- Educate customers on digital banking tools and technology options
- Travel daily to multiple work locations; must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
🎓 Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in sales, banking, or customer service
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) with a GVWR between 10,001 and 26,001 pounds
- May require a Medical Examiner’s Certificate
- Must pass background checks and a post-offer physical
