Sales Consultant

Overview
We are working with a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality aluminum greenhouses and greenhouse accessories. This company manufactures a premium customizable greenhouse solution for homes and commercial properties (such as wineries, event spaces, and restaurants). They also offer greenhouse environmental systems that support growing solutions.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving new greenhouse sales, assisting with product and marketing asset development, and building strong customer relationships. You will work with homeowners, contractors, and architects while collaborating with the operations team to develop new solutions and sales tools.
Location: Madison, OH (Full-Time)
Duties
Handle incoming sales calls, voicemails, and emails with professional follow-up.
Stay current on product features, benefits, and industry trends to enhance your selling approach.
Build a strong sales pipeline by identifying and nurturing potential customers.
Deliver proposal opportunities and work with technical teams through closing, delivery, and project completion.
Use CRM tools to plan, prioritize, and track sales activities.
Collaborate with operations to expand product offerings and develop new marketing aids.
Make proactive contact with new and existing clients through leads, trade shows, and other channels.
Consistently meet or exceed sales productivity and customer service goals.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
Proven ability to achieve sales goals while managing multiple projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in deadline-driven environments.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling premium products or working in construction, architecture, horticulture, or agriculture.
Ability to read plans/blueprints and specifications.
Previous use of a CRM system.
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Design, Business, Marketing, or Communications.
