Great Lakes Truck Driving School is expanding their operations and are seeking to hire CDL Truck Driver Instructors to work in their Canton, Ohio location. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in Class A CDL driving, great communication skills and the ability to teach pre-trip instruction, backing skills and road driving and be willing to obtain CDL Instructor License (40-60 hours training required).
Minimum qualifications include:
- Must be at least the age of 18
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Social Security card or authorization to work in the United States
- Satisfactory background check
- Satisfactory drug test
- Valid Class A CDL driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain training and qualifications for the CDL Instructor License.
- Ability to pass DOT Physical
