Overview
This position is for a Bilingual B2B Sales Representative (English/Japanese) at an Automotive OEM Parts Manufacturer located in West Chester, OH. No prior sales experience needed—just a proactive and customer-focused mindset! Full training is available.
This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Support sales growth through customer interactions, assist in relationship management, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
- Report daily activities, assist with inventory management, and participate in company events and trade shows.
- Process orders, coordinate timely delivery, support payment processes, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Attend meetings, support materials preparation, and assist with customer feedback to ensure quality and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, with conversational-level Japanese; no prior experience needed.
- Good communication skills for teamwork and client relations.
- Valid driver’s license (company vehicle use may be required).
- Willing to learn sales, inventory, and customer support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
